Privacy Policy

How we use, store, and otherwise process your information.

We operate in strict accordance with our privacy policy and apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures, in line with industry standards, to ensure that all information we process is protected against unauthorised access.

What personal data do we process?

The personal data we collect about you consists of Customer Data and so‑called Traffic Data.

Customer Data: Customer Data includes information such as name, address, email address, telephone number, personal identification number, and information about the products and services you have purchased from us.

Traffic Data: Data necessary to transmit information through an electronic communications network or for billing purposes. This does not include the actual content of the communication, but rather data describing the transmission itself – for example, information about who communicated with whom and when such communication took place.

How is the data used?

Under applicable data protection legislation, personal data may only be collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes. Personal data may not subsequently be processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes. In addition, processing of personal data must be supported by a lawful basis under data protection law.

For us to lawfully process your personal data, the processing must be necessary for the performance of a contract and the fulfilment of orders placed by you, or, in certain cases, based on your consent to the specific processing activity.

In order to provide our products and services, we need to process and manage your personal data. Below are examples of the purposes for which we process personal data and the corresponding lawful bases. Certain processing activities may require consent as the lawful basis. In such cases, we will obtain your consent for the specific processing before it is carried out.

Provision of personal data

We process your personal data to the extent necessary to identify you as a customer or user and to fulfil our contractual obligations regarding the delivery of services and products. We also process your personal data for administrative purposes and invoicing, for credit assessment purposes, to handle complaints and claims, to assist you when you contact our Customer Service with questions relating to your services or agreements, and otherwise to safeguard our rights and fulfil our obligations under our agreement with you.

Our legitimate interests in this processing include keeping you informed about our products and services and their availability, and developing our employees and ways of working to provide you with the highest level of service. For these purposes, we may process Customer Data such as your name, customer number, email address, and telephone number. In cases where Traffic Data is required for these purposes, we will obtain your separate consent before processing it.

Direct marketing

We process various types of data to market our products and services directly to you. For these purposes, we may communicate with you via, for example, postal mail, telephone, email, and through our website. We may also compile statistics for analytical purposes.

Our legitimate interest in this processing is to market our existing products and services, as well as new offerings. For this purpose, we may use Customer Data such as name, address, and telephone number. In cases where Traffic Data is required for these purposes, we will obtain your separate consent before such processing is carried out.

To whom is the data disclosed?

As shared functions exist within our corporate group, your personal data may be disclosed to other companies within the group. Such companies may also process your data in order to provide offers and other marketing related to products and services that may be of interest to you.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures, in accordance with industry standards, to ensure that all information we process is protected against unauthorised access. • Arrow Right

If personal data has been erased at your request, we will inform any recipients to whom we have disclosed your personal data that such erasure has taken place, unless this proves impossible or would involve disproportionate effort. Upon request, we will also inform you of the recipients to whom the personal data has been disclosed.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right, in certain circumstances, to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. Restriction means that the personal data will be marked so that, in the future, it may only be processed for certain limited purposes.

The right to restriction applies, for example, if you believe that the personal data is inaccurate and have requested rectification. In such cases, you may also request that the processing of your personal data be restricted for the period during which the accuracy of the data is being verified.

Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that is carried out based on a legitimate interest. In such cases, you must specify the processing to which you object. Following an objection, we may continue processing only if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests.

Where your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you always have the right to object to such processing at any time.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you believe that our processing of your personal data is not in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

In Sweden, the supervisory authority is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten – IMY). More information on how to submit a complaint is available at www.imy.se.

Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling as defined in Article 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This means that no decisions producing legal effects concerning you, or otherwise significantly affecting you, are made solely based on automated processing of personal data.

Transfers to third countries

In certain cases, personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are only carried out where the requirements of the GDPR are met, for example, through the use of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), transfers to countries deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, and the implementation of supplementary contractual and organisational safeguards to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that within the EU/EEA.
